How will my items be shipped?
Once payment is received, your order will be completed and shipped out within 10 to 14 business days (excluding holidays) and should arrive at the specified address in 2 to 3 business days via USPS. Our items are not mass-produced and are each made to order. Once your item(s) ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Lettees and an email with tracking information from USPS. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
How long does it take to get my item(s)?
Our items are not mass-produced. Each item is individually made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it will be printed within 10 to 14 business days (excluding holidays). Additional time may be needed for large quantity orders. An additional fee may be charged for rush orders. If you would like to request quicker turn around time for your order please contact us at email@example.com.
What is your return policy?
Our personalized items are non-returnable. In the event that Lettees makes a mistake with your order, please contact us upon receipt by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please leave a detailed message about your concern. Concerns about orders must be received within 5 business days of receiving the order.
Our Recycled Tee items may be returned within 5 business days of receiving the order in its original unworn condition. Please email email@example.com to request a return. All shipping costs are not refundable. After 5 days, please understand that we are unable to refund your purchase.
The customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes required by customs as determined by country of destination. For returns or exchanges the customer is responsible for sending item(s) back to Lettees at their own cost. Item(s) must be sent back within ten days of receiving the merchandise. The customer is liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to Lettees. We currently ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
