About Lettees®

Our Story

More than 20 years ago while studying art at the University of Alabama, I started designing and selling colorful tee shirts that celebrated parties and life for friends, college students, and locals. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the U of A, earning a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design, working in advertising, book design and packaging, and as a professor of graphic design at SCAD, I eventually found my way back to my roots as a tee shirt designer.

What started as a children's personalized tee shirt company in a small closet office of my home in 2009, Lettees has grown to include lifestyle products and jewelry and is now located in our dreamy downtown Savannah, Georgia studio and showroom.

All of our originally designed personalized items are made to order. We print each and every item in the studio one at a time with much love and attention to detail. We hand make our line of recycled tee jewelry and accessories by naturally dying and cutting our surplus tee shirt products and turning them into beads, tassels, cording, wraps, etc. which we then incorporate into our unique pieces and product packaging.

Now as a wife and mother of 2 boys, many things have changed since college, but that original concept of capturing the spirit of time for individuals through my designs and colorful products remains at the core and the success of Lettees. Thank you for letting my creative team and me do what truly makes us happy...create! Most of all, our hope is that our products create happiness in YOU!

Create Happiness!
